This band saw was referred to me from a member of the OWWM site. It was not what he was looking for and "put the word out" Picking the saw up was not too bad, it was about 50 miles away so I drove out on a Saturday to pick it up. This little gem set me back all of $20.00 and I am VERY happy with that deal! The saw is an early 1950's Delta / Rockwell and it's in amazing condition for its age. What you see is still the original paint, every part is in its place and not worn. The only flaw is the original wooden (yes, wooden) blade guard that the blade rides in is broken. I have more than enough left to duplicate it. This saw also has some nice solid cast iron wheels and even though tires are useable, it will get a new set or urethane tires.
